The apartment is located in a newly built modern building, facing South and overlooks a long stretch of sand beach and Mogador Island . The apartment consists of a large open living room with a modern kitchen, an ensuite bedroom and a second bathroom. Both living room and terrace enjoy an ideal sunlight and are at the same time protected from the winds, of which Essaouira is famous for. On the balcony there is enough space to enjoy the sunset or to enjoy your meals. The space We are located in the new building “Beach Residence” in Sidi Magdoul, at the end of Essaouira’s beach promenade, just across the road of the most known kitesurfing resorts (ION Suf Club and Explora Surf Club) and the best cafés and restaurants on the beach (Ocean Vagabond). You'll find an equipped kitchen: fridge and freezer, gas stove, electrical oven, kettle, Italian coffee maker, citrus press, cookware, crockery and cutlery and washing machine. We have a smart-TV connected to the wifi (so you can connect to your Netflix, YouTube, etc) and IPTV system (connecting with a few international channels). The bedroom comes with a large double bed and A/C. 1 bathroom with shower is ensuite, and there is a second bathroom with shower accessible from the corridor. Guest access The apartment belongs to me and my husband Massimo. We live since 17 years in Marrakech and love spending some relaxing days in Essaouira from time to time. This is the reason why you will find a locked room in the apartment, this is ours.
