Access is independent and autonomous. The accommodation has been refurbished and has the essentials for your stay, we have designed it to be as comfortable and functional as possible: - 1 main room composed of a comfortable 140 x 200 double sofa bed (high density mattress), recent (purchased in June 2024) and easy to handle, 2 closets including 1 wardrobe, small storage cabinet, bookcase and coffee table. -1 kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction stove, washing machine, coffee machine and kettle with tea bags. Everything you need to eat on site is also present: large plates, soup bowls, small plates, pans, spatulas etc… - High-speed fiber Wi-Fi and Ethernet socket - bathroom with large walk-in shower, shower gel/shampoo, towel dryer, sink and wall-mounted toilet. - bed linen and towels are provided as well as shower gel and shampoo. -sheets and towels are cleaned at high temperature with a laundry disinfectant. Pillows and mattress are protected with pillow protectors and mattress protectors, respectively. -the cleaning fee included in your reservation includes: the supply of bed linen, bath towels, kitchen towels and the cleanliness of the premises.
