With breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains, this architectural villa (construction completed in 2024) is designed to make your stay enjoyable and offer you an unforgettable experience in Marrakech. Just 15 minutes from the airport and the city center, the villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 swimming pool. The space The villa, located on a plot of more than 600 m2, has a living area of 340 m2. It is a new construction within a private residence "Les Jardins de Jade" which consists of 26 villas. On the ground floor you will find 2 large modern living rooms, a dining area with a designer table that can accommodate 8 people, a guest toilet (double sink and separate toilet) and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, washing machine). 1 55-inch TV with IPTV available and high-speed Wi-Fi. The ground floor is equipped with ductable air conditioning and heating. The reception area has a bird's-eye view of the pool and garden. The outdoor terraces and private pool are accessible from the 2 lounges and are equipped with garden furniture, 4 deckchairs and a Moroccan zellige dining table. The villa also has a covered garage that can accommodate one car. Additional cars can park for free in front of the house. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet and sink) and dressing room. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating by split system. The dimensions of the mattresses are as follows: - 3 queen size bedrooms (1.60 m/2 m) - 1 king size bedroom (1m80/2m) Bath and pool towels as well as sheets and blankets are provided. You will also find soap, shampoo, shower gel, cotton, cotton swab and toilet paper in all bathrooms. For children, a high chair, baby bed and car seat can be provided upon request. Breakfast and lunch are available on request (to be confirmed at least 48 hours before your arrival) for a fee of 10€ per person for breakfast and 25€ per person for lunch (including shopping and preparation). The menus of these 2 meals are composed of Moroccan specialties. We also offer a flexible package at the rate of €25 per day. This package includes the provision of a cook to prepare your breakfast and lunch meals. The choice of menu is free, within the limits of the specialties that the cook knows how to prepare. Shopping is not included in this offer. Housekeeping is also offered and is included in the booking rate. We remind you that access to the villa by the housekeeper is essential to ensure proper maintenance and compliance with hygiene standards. Therefore, we kindly ask you to facilitate her intervention in accordance with the established rules of procedure. We can also offer you a driver and advise you on the choice of your activities and restaurants. We will remain available to best help you during your stay in Marrakech. Guest access All rooms of the villa are accessible Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa, however ashtrays will be available to you on the terrace. Access to girls accompanying groups of boys is strictly prohibited. Please note that, as part of the security measures and compliance with the operating rules, the security guard is authorized to check the interior of vehicles if a suspicion of the presence of unregistered persons or persons outside the reservation is raised. They are also authorized to refuse access to the villa if outsiders persist in staying on the premises.
