The space You will reside in a unique duplex in the seaside resort, on the front line, facing the sea, in the heart of Canet-Plage. On the 7th floor are the three bedrooms with 160 cm beds. Two bedrooms overlook the sea with their balcony. The first bedroom with balcony has its own bathroom. The second bedroom with balcony shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. These two bedrooms are separated by a sliding door and are ideal for a family with kids. On the 8th floor (private overlooking the sea), you will find the open kitchen, living/dining room and terrace with unobstructed views of the sea and mountains at 270 degrees. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and all the necessary cooking utensils. The living room is equipped with a smart TV. The two secure parking spaces are located underground and are suitable for sedans. 4x4s and tall SUVs can't fit. Guest access The entire place is rented. Other things to note The cleaning fee just includes the extra cleaning I have to do after a rental. It is your responsibility to return the apartment as you found it, cleaning the toilets, bathrooms (floor and walls), vacuuming and washing the floors, washing the dishes and emptying the dishwasher, cleaning the refrigerator, oven, microwave if you have used them.
