Double Bed Room in Georgian Villa

Our flat is in a Georgian Villa, with a beautiful view, close to the town centre. Totnes, a unique market town, famous for its alternative, independent shops and cafés/restaurants, is situated between the 'English Riviera' and Dartmoor, with easy access from London etc. by rail and bus. The space The room is simply furnished and we have a shared bathroom. It has a wonderful solid wood double bed with a comfy mattress and its own sink and private access. Access to the rest of the flat is across a little undercover patio. The kitchen has a lovely view over our south-facing garden and the Devon countryside. The house is set back from the road. We have a driveway where you may be able to park your car. If not, we have parking permits for our road at £2 per day. Totnes has a lot to offer in terms of alternative healing and all sorts of movement and dance activities. You name it, it's here - from Accupuncture, Yoga and Tai Chi, to Salsa and Argentine Tango! Totnes is also famous for being a Transition Town! Come and find out how our town aims to make itself more independent of oil. Guest access During your stay, you can use the kitchen to make cups of tea etc. You can connect to our Wi-Fi (can occasionally be a little fickle). Our house has a strictly non-smoking policy, but you are welcome to smoke outside. No pets please. During your stay We love having visitors and are happy to point you towards what the area has to offer - steam train & river trips, Green Lane walks, nice beaches, restaurants, secluded places up on Dartmoor, etc. Alternatively, you might be after seclusion...that's fine too, we'll leave you be! Our flat is part of a communal house. The other residents would also like to greet you when you arrive so that they know who is coming in and out of the house. Other things to note Our flat is a separate unit in a larger communal household.
