You are within walking distance of the city center, close to the Faculty of Medicine and Morvan Hospital and close to the Kerinou district with its local shops. You can easily travel by bus to be in the heart of the city in 5 minutes, since the nearest stop is less than a minute's walk away. The space Your studio is at the back of a very quiet building, and is bathed in light. It consists of the following: You enter the main room composed of the sleeping area with 1 large comfort bed of 90*200, a TV as well as a storage space for your personal belongings. Meals can be enjoyed near the fully optimized kitchen area. Finally, the bathroom has a large shower, a large sink and toilet. Ideal accommodation for business trips, or weekends in our beautiful Cité du Ponant! Upon arrival, you will find something to quench your thirst (water, tea, instant coffee, milk, sugar) as well as shampoo, shower gel, soap. Bed and bath linens are provided. The beds are prepared before your arrival, all you have to do is settle down and enjoy! You have at your disposal in the basement of the building a laundry area with free access. Regarding parking, you will find free spaces in the immediate vicinity or a reserved parking lot that can accommodate your vehicle 4 minutes from the building.
