Relax in our quiet, centrally located two bedroom apartment with lots of natural light and wake up to an ocean view. With the white sands of Chelsea Beach, Victory Park, local restaurants, station, and Woolworths supermarket all within approximately 100 metres everything is close by. Enjoy the large terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture where you can eat and watch the sunset or lay back on the luxury leather lounge inside to enjoy the 75 inch TV in the spacious open plan living area. The main bedroom contains a luxurious queen bed, and has plenty of storage space to unpack and make yourself at home. The large bathroom is directly accessed via a sliding door as an ensuite but is also accessible from the hallway opposite the second bedroom with double bed, however that entrance can be locked for privacy. Both bedrooms contain built in mirrored robes and all linen is provided as are towel’s (bath sheets), beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. All the basics such as toilet paper, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. The European laundry contains a new washing machine, dryer and washing powder is provided. A folding clothes rack with metal pegs is also available. The kitchen area is fully equipped and we provide some long life milk cereal, butter, spreads, basic cooking ingredients like oil, tomato sauce, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, herbs and spices and pretty much everything you would not want to have to buy on a short stay. The 75 inch smart TV in the open plan living area can be enjoyed from the plush leather sofa with chase and a new reverse cycle air conditioner will ensure your comfort in hot weather. The dining table has four chairs and there are two high end adjustable stools at the breakfast bar, but the terrace is the way to go in warmer weather! The main open plan living area opens via double sliding doors to an outdoor terrace with ample weather proof lounge seating as well as two tall stools and table to eat breakfast while looking out to sea or taking in a spectacular sunset. Other things to note Please note the apartment is only accessible via stairs (three flights of 8 steps from the main entrance up to the Unit and one flight of 8 steps down to the car park) This is a lovely quiet position facing the bay yet in the heart of Chelsea and we ask that you respect our neighbours by following our no party no smoking and no pets rules. Parking of over sized vehicles such as large 4WD vehicles in the underground car parking space is not permitted by the owners corporation. The fire alarm system in the building is very sensitive so care needs to be taken if you plan to cook.
