Seacroft Guesthouse sleeps 40 people in 18 bedrooms with 29 beds. You are renting a self contained section of Seacroft Estate. Stunning 180 degree ocean views - secluded beach across the road. Huge dining room, lounge and games/sunroom. Seacroft is a former historic Monastery and Seminary set in beautiful gardens and views to the State Forest. Complete seclusion yet conveniently located on the Great Ocean Road - 15 minutes to supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants in Apollo Bay. The space We are a ‘no parties’ property. Quiet enjoyment of our property with gatherings for family and friends encouraged. Networked fast Starlink internet connection. The guesthouse has a lounge with combustion wood fire, large dining hall that seats 36 and a cozy sunroom with games and a table tennis table with spectacular views over the ocean. Bedrooms are part of the monastery where the priests used to live. They are simple, clean and comfortable - please see the photos. You have access to bedroom 1 -17 and our treehouse. Our linen is white hotel linen, our bedding is cozy and warm with extra pillows and blankets if you need. Seacroft has a very large kitchen with gas cooking on two commercial stoves with 12 gas burners, 1 gas oven, 2 electric ovens, grill and plate warmer. Also a dishwasher and two large 540 litre fridges with freezers and electric jug, toaster, rice machine and blender. Lots of large pots, trays, bowls, wine and champagne glasses, everything for cooking and eating for 40 guests. Our Italian stone kitchen island bench is the size of a single bed! Outside chiminea and outdoor dining area on the front lawn overlooking a spectacular view of the ocean and Apollo Bay. There are 2 large bathrooms in the guesthouse area, each with 3 showers and 2 toilets all with separate doors. We have a coffee bar that overlooks the ocean with self serve $3 coffee from a machine that grinds the coffee fresh. All money supports the local schools international trip. Guest access You will have exclusive access to 18 bedrooms, two bathroom facilities (6 showers and 4 toilets) large group kitchen, lounge with combustion fire, dining hall for 36 people (extra seating in lounge), sunroom with seating and table tennis. There are two private courtyards, one with an outdoor chiminea. Other things to note You will have access to the main Guesthouse and all its private facilities with this booking. You will not be sharing any of your area with other guests. The guesthouse is part of a vast 25 acre estate where there are other accommodation options available.
