Creatively designed with your own private entrance, this gem features a sophisticated industrial décor with an innovative personalized touch. Upon entering our home, you will not feel that you are vacationing in Queens Village. The interior ambience is appealing to the eyes with great comfort and relaxation. There are two spacious bedrooms with high end bedding, linens and décor, spacious closets and end tables. A stunning glass shower bathroom flush, a chic cozy living room couch to watch great TV entertainment, a breakfast bar, a full sized, high-end kitchen with new appliances, a combo washer dryer so that you don’t have to go to the laundromat , a bar-like island dining experience to savor your meals, great games to enjoy and 65 inches Smart TV with fire stick in each bedroom to watch your favorite shows and movies through Netflix or YouTube Guest access Guests have full access to unit unless directed not to or doors are locked Other things to note We take pride in our home and we encourage every guest to treat it with respect and leave it as clean as possible when they leave. - Your comfort matters to us and you will be provided with high end/ quality items to make your stay amazing. - Families with children must always supervise their kids at all times during their stay. - No extra guests allowed without prior approval. If approved, there will be a fee per night for extra guest. - Free alternate side street parking - Private entrance has 1 short flight of steps to enter our home - There is a monthly pet fee of $600 - There is a required cleaning service every two weeks at an extra charge of $150 for stays of 30 days or longer. The host will schedule the cleaning session at a time that is convenient for both the guest and the cleaning lady. - High-end bedding, bed linens, bath towels & pillows, A/C , radiant heat with thermostat , TV’s, beverage, glasses, pots/pans for cooking, basic spices and oil, combo washer/dryer, and silverware, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, toaster, WIFI, toilet paper, writing desk, full size fridge, iron with iron board, umbrellas, hangers, body soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower, hand soap and lotion in the bathroom, and more. - Please, upon checking out, make sure that each bedroom still has the remote for the TV remotes and also the living room TV. If any goes missing, unfortunately you will be charged the cost of replacement. - There is a garbage label 1 bin in the driveway, please use it only to dispose of either regular or recycle garbage. If it’s get too full, please notify the hosts. - If Guest damages something, we ask that we be notified immediately about the damaged item and how to replace it. - We believe that there is no dumb question. If after reading the “ house rules”, Guest still needs help to operate any appliance, please ASK how and Host will gladly explain.
