Flooded with bright, natural light, this cozy, railroad-style apartment provides the ideal setting for relaxation and adventure for up to four guests. It's the perfect spot for a sun-soaked summer vacation or a quiet winter getaway. **LIVING AREA** Relax after a day at the beach on our new (2026), comfortable, West Elm pull-out sofa. Stream your favorite shows on the 55-inch Smart HDTV or set the mood with the TCL Bluetooth sound bar. Two AC/heating units ensure your year-round comfort. **BEDROOM** Drift off to sleep in the welcoming queen bed. The room includes a dresser and a good-sized closet, offering plenty of space for your belongings. **KITCHEN** Your small but well-equipped kitchen includes a range, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster. You'll find all the necessary pots and pans, along with a Keurig coffee machine (pods provided), a tea kettle with teabags, creamer, sugar, and wine glasses. **PRIVATE TERRACE** Step out onto your private terrace to enjoy a lovely view overlooking the seasonally heated pool. Furnished with a table, two chairs, and a comfortable loveseat, it's the perfect place to unwind. A storage chest contains beach accessories for your convenience. **AMENITIES PROVIDED** * Blazing-fast, dedicated WiFi (493 Mbps) * Beach essentials: towels, camp chairs, an umbrella, and a cart * Luxurious EO shampoo, conditioner, and body wash * A selection of books and board games * Pack ’n play/Travel crib for little ones Guest access Guests have private and exclusive access to the entire condo for the duration of their stay. You will also have access to shared amenities, including: * A seasonally heated pool located just downstairs. * A second pool with a snack bar in the main Royal Atlantic complex. * A community grill area with tables across the street. Please note: Two closets within the condo are kept locked for owner supplies and are not accessible to guests. Other things to note * Smart TV: Our 55-inch HDTV is for streaming only. Please remember to bring your own login credentials for services like Netflix, Hulu, etc. * Seasonal Amenities: The heated pool and the ice machine (located behind the pool stairs) are open seasonally, typically from Memorial Day to Columbus Day, weather permitting. * Laundry: While there is no washer/dryer in the unit, a convenient public laundromat is located nearby for your use during longer stays. * Safety: Your safety is important. The suite is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. * Parking: There is parking for guests on three sides of the building and guests are welcome to park in any available spot.
