In the heart of history, I offer you a few steps from the cathedral, an exceptional gite in the setting in an old architectural workshop. It overlooks a very quiet and wooded patio. Enjoy your stay at Ciona & Jean-Pierre's. The space The cottage includes two very spacious and bright levels with beautiful heights under a bleached wood frame. This is a real little house of 70m2 with a very nice day area. Access to the property is via a large "cochere" door that leads to the common patio with lush greenery (suitable for pretty photos) on the ground floor. Once in the common patio, access to your apartment is via outdoor stairs that lead to the 1st floor and therefore to the front door. GROUND FLOOR: - Common outdoor patio (only a place of passage). - Large bedroom with a double bed, TV, wifi, desk and air conditioner/split heating. - Private terrace overlooking the common patio. - Sink area. - Bathroom with toilet and Italian shower. 1ST FLOOR: - Vast bright space with large alcove windows: * Kitchen area equipped with ceramic hobs, host, fridge, combined washer dryer, toaster, coffee machine, kettle. * Lounge area with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV, wifi and air conditioner/split heating. * Dining area with large round table and 4 chairs. An interior spiral staircase connects the 1st floor to the ground floor. All linen including bed sheets and towels are provided. You are in the heart of the old city in an absolutely unique and exceptional place! Guest access Once you pass the common patio on the ground floor, you access your private apartment on the 1st floor via the outdoor stairs and your front door. You have the whole apartment including the equipped kitchen, bathroom and your terrace overlooking the common patio. The common patio is only a place of passage Other things to note HOUSE RULES When you book with us, you agree to the following rules: INVITES NOT ALLOWED: Only specific guests noted in the reservation are allowed on the premises. A violation of this rule will result in the immediate removal of all guests ( and any guests) from the property without any refund. NO SMOKING: No smoking is allowed in the apartment, on your terrace as well as on the common patio. An additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be required if detected during or after the stay. MUSIC/PARTY: No loud noise, music, or party. No speakers allowed. Please be respectful to your neighbors. Quiet times are from 9pm to 8am. FURNITURE: Please do not move large furniture without first asking. You may be held responsible for damage to furniture and the floor. DAMAGE: Please report the damage immediately. Any damage done to the property/furniture/objects will be charged to the customer and will be reported to the booking platform. FOOD: Please do not leave food outside the fridge and clean your dishes right after your meals. Electricity: Please do not unplug the refrigerator and wifi box at any time. This could damage the equipment. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is until 11am. GARBAGE: Please be kind enough to take your garbage bag out of the dumpster when leaving the house. Keys: The costs to replace lost or damaged keys are €30 per key. By staying with us, you agree to the house rules and can be held responsible and charged for non-compliance with the rules.
