Newly renovated first floor in a peaceful house in the middle of a 3 acres field with trees that offer seasonal fruits most of the year. There is plenty of space in the garden and in the common spaces to relax and enjoy the view of the Euobean gulf. It consists of two bedrooms with view of the sea and the village bellow, a bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen. In the field you can find various trees among olives, lemons ,grapes etc. * number of rooms available depends according the n. of guests The space The house is located above the village Neos Pyrgos with view of it and of the sea. Right next to the house their is a small ravine where birds are settled and you can hear them clearly,depending the time of the year with the most characteristic of them call it nightingale(aidoni). Its 200 meters away of the village and 5 minutes away of the nearest beach, where you can swim. About 15 minutes walking towards the mountain above the house you can find a nice spot with beanches to enjoy the panoramic view. Two killometers away is the beach of Nisiotissa with a characteristic island with the ruins of a byzantine tower . The house is also 8km away to the famous from the Roman Era Thermal city of Aidipsos, where you can enjoy a relaxing bath in the public baths infront of the sea. This accomondation is great for families or couples that want to escape the city noise. The view and the sounds of the birds will guarantee your relaxation. The house can host up to six persons comfortably. The kitchen includes all the nessesery (except oven). There is plenty of space inside the house for parking . The garden is decorated with seasonal flowers where you can find also a small cactus garden. It’s a chance to explore an island with unique beauty that’s not yet been packed of tourists. The area among others its also pretty famous about the dry figs that brought in the island the Greek immigrants that came from Asia Minor and create the village also. Guest access The easiest way for someone to visit the area is through boat from Arkitsa in central Greece. The island is connected also with a bridge from the mainland but the road althought beautiful it could get tiring. Visiting the village of Neos Pyrgos from the house the first thing that you will meet is the graphical port.
