Charming two-room apartment close to the St Martin Canal

You'll think I'm not objective, but I find my apartment perfect :) Let me explain: close to the metro (L11) and République, shops and nightlife (Belleville, Oberkampf, Canal St Martin), it is nevertheless very quiet (room on the courtyard, on the top floor). Very bright, it enjoys a lovely view of the rooftops of Paris. Check-in is possible from 2pm and no later than 11pm. Beyond this time, I cannot guarantee you access to the keys.
