We introduce you to this spectacular Catalan farmhouse located in the heart of nature, immersed in a beautiful forest and with spectacular views of Montseny. The space This beautiful typical Catalan farmhouse is located in the middle of nature, in a large farm with forest, swimming pool and spectacular views. On the exterior of the estate you will find a nice forest for walking and at the foot of the farm you will find a large completely flat lot with a beautiful pool with spectacular views, ping pong table, large outdoor barbecue (not available in the summer months due to government restrictions) and a nice outdoor gas stove (if it can be used in the months of restrictions). The house consists of the main house and a small annex where you can find some games and a foosball table. You will access the main house through a beautiful living room with an imposing wood fireplace and lots of natural light. In this same space, we find a large open kitchen very comfortable and fully equipped and with direct access to the outdoor dining room with built-in gas outdoor kitchen. From the living room, we access the distributor where the ground floor bedrooms, the full bathroom on the ground floor and the access staircase to the first floor are located. On the ground floor we have two spacious fully exterior sleeps. One of them has two twin beds and the other one has a 4-bed bunk bed, ideal for children. On this same level, we will find a comfortable and modern bathroom complete with shower. Accessing the upper floor through the beautiful wooden staircase, we will find two more bedrooms, also exterior and very spacious. Both, they have an exit to a lovely balcony with exceptional views.
