The house is located in a quiet vacation home area in Bunge, northern Gotland, surrounded by sheepfold, with bathrobe distance to Bungeviken, a quiet beach in Bunge, Fårösund. The house has all the facilities you could want for a comfortable summer stay with plenty of exciting excursion destinations that only Gotland can offer close at hand. There are 2 buildings, the mainhouse (140 m²) and the guesthouse (38 m²). Facilities for the mainhouse (built 2018): Approx. 140 m² with plastered walls, wooden floor and underfloor heating. Downstairs: • Bedroom 1: double bed (1x180cm) • Bedroom 2: family bunk bed with 3 beds (120cm lowerbed, 90cm upperbed) • Bathroom 1: shower and WC • Bathroom 2: WC and washing machine Open floor plan with kitchen and living room: the kitchen is fully equipped with, among others, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob, in the kitchen/living room there is also a dining area, sofa and fireplace. Fiber connection/internet is of course available. Large sliding doors that makes inside and outside seemingles. Upstairs: • Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (160cm), 2 extra mattresses (80cm) on the floor if desired. • Small living room with TV and sitting area. Facilities guesthouse (built 2019): Approx. 38 m² with plastered walls, wooden floor. • Bedroom 1: double bed (2x80cm) • Living room: extendable daybed (2*80cm) • Bathroom with WC and shower • Loft with mattress (120cm) on the floor. Other: Large wooden deck around the house with sofa groups and dining groups . Sun just about all day long. Trampoline for the kids. Charcoal grill. Environment: Bungeviken, a quiet, shallow beach, approx. 300 m from the house via a small, cute gravel road, no cars to worry about. 1.5km pleasant forest walk to incredibly beautiful Bungenäs, with its restaurant and ice cream kiosk. 3km to Fårösund with ICA (grocery store), pizzeria/restaurants, ice cream bar, cafe, Indian restaurant, harbor pub, sportshall, swimminghall and not least, the ferry to Fårö. Lergrav, Blå Lagunen, Furillen, Bläse are just some of the excursion favorites, a short drive away. And Fårö, of course. Unfortunately we cannot house animals, due to allergies in the family.
