Ideal house to have a great time with family and friends, in the exclusive Quebrada del Mar condominium, where relaxation and fun are breathed to the fullest. The house is fully equipped, pool overlooking the ocean and the condo provides many club-type services. This is the condo house closest to the sea, with a privileged view. The condo's two pools are in front of the house and there is a private access to the beach. You'll have two terraces, a grill, a private pool, and much more. The space The house has three levels. 1) FIRST LEVEL - 4 bedrooms: -Master bedroom: one queen size bed, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, large closet and private bathroom with shower and hot water. View of the large pool and green areas. -Bedroom 2: one double bed, two single bunk beds, closet and 1 nightstand. -Bedroom 3: four single beds in two bunk beds and a closet. View of the large pool and green areas. -Bedroom 4: a double bed and a nightstand. 2) SECOND LEVEL - social areas: - Living-dining room: Living room set with sofas of three and two bodies. Dining room with glass table and six chairs. 32" HD SMART TV with Chromecast Google TV. We do not provide WIFI service but you can share internet from your cell phone and you will have access to watch TvWin (national live television and others), Netflix, Prime Video, Max and YouTube. -First Private Terrace: LED lighting, a medium grill, a terrace set, an umbrella and a decorated floating seat. Overlooking the condominium pools, green areas and neighboring houses in the distance. -Half bathroom for the social area. -Kitchen: hot water, four-burner gas stove and oven, 200-liter refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker, electric kettle, small electric oven, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, utensils, wine glasses and others (It is recommended to use bottled water for drinking and preparing food). -Laundry: Electric water heater, service laundry, Samsung 7Kg washer-dryer, brooms, dustpan, mop and other cleaning supplies. 3) THIRD LEVEL - second private terrace: -Private 3m x 3m pool overlooking the ocean and green areas. -Sunbathing area, two sun loungers. -A clothesline for wet clothes and towels (should always be away from the balcony, out of sight of people outside the house). - Direct access to the house's two parking spaces. Guest access You'll have free access to the following condo areas and amenities: -Adult pool and children's pool. -Sun loungers and umbrellas in the pool area. -Showers in the pool area. -Men's and women's public bathrooms. -Outdoor playground for children. -Tennis court (with reservation). - Grass soccer field. - Grass volleyball court. - A volleyball court in the sand. - Private and direct access to Chocaya beach. -On the beach there is an awning made of palm trees for the exclusive use of the house. -Two fire pits with a capacity of 12 people each (with reservation). - Pingpong table. -Hand soccer table - A foosball table. -Equipped gym. In summer season: - Concession restaurant (table service and delivery). -Minimarket store. **The house is not responsible for the quality and availability of condominium services** Other things to note For now we do not have Wi-Fi in the house but there is good coverage for Movistar, Claro and Entel cell phones. The water service is not 100% potable, so it is recommended to buy bottled water for drinking and preparing food. If your pet is well-behaved and poses no danger, you can bring it for an additional cleaning fee. Sheets and pillows will be provided for the beds, any additional sleeping implements, towels and cleaning supplies must be brought by guests.
