Homely house by Nature Reserve and lake

Homely house perfect for a swedish getaway. The house is located by the nature reserve Garnudden, through which you may stroll to the Lake Uttran. Access to a Rowing boat is included, and some private secret spots for a day on one of the lake's islands shared. A pool is located to the back by a porch large enought to fit barbeque dinners (weber gas grill) in the lush garden. Two parking spots on the driveway. 3 bicyles available. Tree house, green house, and trampoline in the garden. The space Three separate bedrooms holding 2p beds, a living room which can be made private and includes a comfy 2person bed sofa, and a attic with a 1p bed (kids love this as a play room / an indoor tree house and a bit of a parent free space. extra mattresses kan be put there if the kids are big enough to climb) accessible by ladder or climbing wall which is like a secret room for smaller kids. This attic space is accessible from one of the bedrooms. In total there are 10 bedsspots available (2+2+2+2+1+1). in the garden there's a tree house with pine cone cannons (rubber slingshots) and a slide to it, a pool in the summer time (stops heating below 15 degrees outdoor temp) and a 366cm wide trampoline with net. The rear porch is roofed and has a table for 8-10 people, along with a Weber gas grill, and some play toys. The Green House is summertime full of tomatoes, but otherwise fitted with table and chairs - perfect for rainy days or some privacy - and offers some wind sheltered warmth. Guest access every room but the garage building. Other things to note There's a cat in the house. Low allergenic and haven't caused any reactions before, although you never know. The cat is named Abby, she's a calm social being and will remain unless you request the cat to leave (she is self sufficient, and has her own cat door which opens by a tag coded lock). (The property is fitted with camera surveillance to the front entrance, and the inside area of the garage - which either was is not accessible - there are naturally no cameras inside the house or to the back /rear porch/ garden / pool area o.s.)
