Stylish Private Studio/Guesthouse

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. It's located less than 5 minutes from the I-80 freeway with lots of food places nearby. We provide cleanness and limit interactions with guests. Sac Int'l Airport (25 min), state capital (20 min), Galleria Mall (12 min), Auburn (22 min), and Folsom Lake (20 min). The space This is private studio/guest house. It includes a queen size bed, freshly stocked bathroom, separate AC/heater unit, roku TV, and it's own kitchenette with microwave, fridge, hot plate stove, dishes, electrical kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Guest access There are plenty spots for parking on the driveway and on the street especially during the day. Guests are welcome to park on the driveway on any available spot (limit 1 parking spot). We usually close the gates at night. If you are coming late or leaving early, you can park on a street or you will be given a code from the gate. Check your check in instructions before your arrival. Other things to note Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request but not guaranteed. Please communicate your needs, so we can better assist you in your stay.
