150 steps to the beach and the best views

Our home is located in Salchi, Oaxaca directly on a quiet beach with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and mountains. The 1900 SF house has a full size balcony with table and barbeque and Star-link WIFI, fast enough for streaming. When was the last time you saw the Milky Way or fell asleep serenaded by waves on the shore? Remodeled kitchen w/dishwater. We are a pet free home. Spend time watching magnificent birds, butterflies and whales, reading, writing, relaxing or watching the sunset? The space There is a living room and open kitchen, stocked with everything a gourmet cook needs. You can watch the ocean though the floor to ceiling windows. Our first floor has two large bedrooms each with a private bath and shower, a patio and new air conditioners. Both rooms are decorated with local art which Oaxaca is famous for, and sport their own stunning views of the sea. You can sleep with the sounds of the waves. Guest access You have the whole house privately to yourself. This includes a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms all with their own independent bathrooms. There are no areas shared with any other party. Private driveway. Beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing and snorkeling equipment. Other things to note 35 minutes from traditional or tourist Mexico, with all the supportive services.....depending on whether your go north or south at the main road. There is a gardener and a house cleaner who come in once a week, and on-site employees. We have our own manager who lives in a nearby village. Ours is an eco-friendly community. We use some solar power, recycle and use gray water. We have a close relationship with our neighboring community and schools. 25 minutes from the Intl. Airport HUX. The beach, 150 steps way, is often empty of people but full of sea-life. tidal pools, fish, crabs and lots of shells. You can plant our umbrella on Saturday and put it away on Friday. On those nights you don't feel like cooking, there is a boutique hotel at the end of the beach, 5 minutes walk. It has a bar and serves gourmet food and received TripAdvisor's "Travelers Choice Award" for two years. It serves regional food with an international touch. Everything from their bread to dressings, sauces, jams, ice cream and desserts are prepared in their kitchen. There are two other hotels nearby with excellent restaurants. The nearby town of Cuatunalco has many restaurants , serving traditional food and pizza. Some advertise delivery. Everywhere there is a profusion of flowers, fruit trees, colorful birds, hummingbirds and geckos. When you drag yourself away from the view and the beach, you can explore neighboring communities, or walk on swimming and surfing beaches, go sports fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, boat tours, national parks and restaurants. Beaches in Oaxaca are like snowflakes in Alaska! Right up the road you can buy fresh coconuts to drink and mangos and papayas to devour. Tender fresh tortilla and fresh eggs are everywhere. This is truly a place to get away while living in spacious comfort. Come here to relax, recharge and rejuvenate. Although you will feel like you are away from it all, in 45 minutes you can be in the center of a city which has nightlife, plenty of shopping, tons of restaurants and more beaches, surfing, tours, fishing and movie theaters with the latest releases. In the other direction are the beach towns of Mazunte and Zipolite, both with a laid-back feel, wildlife sanctuaries, turtle museum, lovely boutiques, international restaurants, a night market and a nude beach.
