The space The house, traditional longhouse, fully renovated and comfortable consists of the following: On the ground floor: Living / dining room, with a large table for 8/10 people, a living area with wood burning stove. Fully-equipped open kitchen. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Sanitary. Second living room with many games for children and a recent smart TV. Laundry room with recent washing and drying machine as well. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms including one bedroom with two single beds, possibility to arrange one of the bedrooms by separating two single beds if necessary. Large bathroom with bath and bathrooms. Two offices, private spaces for remote work. The house has fiber, internet speed is excellent. The house is well equipped and welcoming for families (umbrella beds, children's play area, high chair, toilet reducers, etc.). Linens for umbrella beds are not provided. It should be noted that this is an old building, which, even if renovated, keeps some old faults. Wood floors and stairs creak when you walk on them, room doors can sometimes be temperamental when humidity is high, etc. Outside, a large fully enclosed garden, suitable for outdoor activities, a large terrace with garden furniture, extendable dining table under a bioclimatic pergola. BBQ is available on sunny days (charcoal not provided). sunbeds and umbrella to enjoy the sun. The Perche forest is 10 minutes from the house, great pedestrian or bike rides are also to be expected! Important accuracy, this house is not a cottage, it is our house in which we come regularly on weekends, on vacation. Personal belongings are in the house, in the original spirit of AirBnB. Guest access The main house is fully accessible. The barn is not accessible to guests, it is a private storage place. The whole garden is enclosed, adults and children can enjoy it as they please!
