The house is located just blocks from Bunker Hills Park which offers trails, sleigh rides, cross country skiing and in the summer - trails, parks and Bunker Beach Wave Pool. Shopping, groceries and restaurants are located just a quick 5 minute drive away. The space MAIN LEVEL: -Living Room -Dining Room -Full Kitchen (drip coffee pot) -1/2 Bath -Office with desk + chair + reading chair - 4th Bedroom (QUEEN BED) - Laundry room - Garage entrance UPPER LEVEL: -Primary Bedroom (KING BED) + 3/4 Bathroom + Walk in closet + Small TV -Full Bathroom -2nd Bedroom (DOUBLE BED) + Closet -3rd Bedroom (QUEEN BED) + Closet BASEMENT: - 2nd Living Room with TV and pull out couch - 5th Bedroom (DOUBLE BED) - 6th Bedroom (QUEEN BED) (*also used a walk through to the 2nd kitchen*) - 2nd Kitchen + Dining Room - Sitting Area with 2 Twin Beds (trundle bed) - 2 FULL Bathrooms - Steps to garage + backyard - 2nd Laundry (small) **please note the basement stays cooler in both winter and summer, we do provide 4 heaters down there to help keep you cozy** GARAGE: - 3 garage stalls and 3-5 driveway spots can be used YARD /BACKYARD: - Large 2 tiered deck - Fire pit (area is not maintained and will have weeds, etc. wood is not provided aside from the fallen branches you find in the woods :) - Pond **PLEASE NOTE:, If you're expecting a perfectly manicured yard, you will not find it here. We do our best to keep up the lawn, but we go for the more natural approach when it comes to weeds and the pond. :) ** The property can sleep up to 16 guests - this would include using the pull out couch and blow up beds. If you expect to have additional guests over during the day (not sleeping over), please get approved by hosts with the number. There is one room in the house that will be locked for storage during your stay.(locked room not included in bedroom count) Guest access Home and yard are yours to use! One room (not included in the bedroom count) is secured for storage. Other things to note Please adjust your guest number to reflect exactly how many will be staying before booking. This is a quiet family neighborhood, please be respectful our neighbors. :) RULES: - No parties unless approved by hosts. - No smoking of any kind inside the property. - No fireworks of any kind. - Quiet hours 9pm-9am for the neighborhood. - Only number of guests on booking are allowed. - If additional guests visiting, please get host approval and list number.
