The cozy sofa is perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. You can stream your favorite shows on the 58" TV, snuggle up with a book on the chaise, or play games with friends. The enclosed front porch is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine with a friend. The fully-stocked kitchen features brand-new modern appliances, butcher block countertops, and all the essentials required to prepare a delightful home-cooked meal. The adjoining dining area features a cafe-style table for four and recessed lighting. Upstairs, the two bedrooms boast comfortable queen and full beds with memory foam mattresses, fresh linens, and your choice of pillows in the large closets. The primary bedroom also features a 32" smart TV.(Both bedrooms are located on the second floor, our home does have stairs.) The newly-renovated bathroom has a roomy tub/shower and plenty of towels. The first common space is setup with patio furniture for our guests to enjoy. Inside the home, you have full access to two floors(our home has stairs) and a private, well-lit basement with washer and dryer. The large backyard is a shared space. Parking: You can park in the driveway or on the quiet street.
