Close to Meymac and Lake Sechemaille and Mont Bessou. Ideal for lovers of walks, beautiful landscapes of the Millevaches plateau or to observe the magical starry sky classified as an International Starry Sky Reserve from the terrace. The space This is our residential house that we offer during our holidays or family weekends. It is not rented year-round and the furniture and appliances are the ones we use in everyday life. Ground floor: 1 living room with fireplace and sofa, 1 dining room with 8 seats, 1 fully equipped open kitchen, 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a toilet and an office Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed (possibility of putting an inflatable mattress), a hallway with 1 single bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet and a mezzanine children's playroom. Exterior: a stone parking lot with 1 garage with a space equipped with an electric vehicle charging station, a terrace equipped with a barbecue and dining table, a children's playground. Guest access Everything is usable except our master suite which will be locked during your stay. Other things to note During the summer period: a wood stove in the living room warms the atmosphere of the house and makes evenings by the fire pleasant. In winter, the house is equipped with central heating with a wood boiler (heated floor on the ground floor and thermostat-controlled radiator upstairs). The boiler is to be lit only once a day for a 24-hour autonomy. Wood and all lighting equipment are provided as well as directions.
