Small house in the Basque countryside

We welcome you to the heart of the Basque Country. Ideal place to recharge your batteries for a weekend or a week. Located in a small village: Gabat. Far from the crowds and popular tourist areas of the Basque Country. The accommodation is on our property but completely independent and about 50 m away; only the car entrance is shared. You can park right in front. Pets are welcome. I live on site with my dog Milo who is very sociable! The space At your disposal: - A bedroom with a double bed and a glass window that opens directly to the terrace - The bathroom with walk-in shower is in the bedroom - A separate toilet - A large living room with a sofa bed and access to the terrace as well - An equipped kitchen open to the living room - A 60m2 south facing terrace - A large umbrella, two sunbeds, a BBQ and a table with 4 chairs - A flower garden (⚠️unfenced) 🌳 This house is surrounded by tall trees. Just at the end of the garden, the fields of my 3 horses and my sheep. Great animal lover, I will take you with pleasure to meet my horses if you wish. A piece of their fields sits at the end of your garden! A few carrots and you'll see them watch every morning...🐴 Please note, for your stays for 3 people, please note that the bathroom is in the bedroom. The toilet is located in the entrance to the property. Guest access We are 2 hours and 20 minutes from Bordeaux, 1 hour from Pau, and 45 minutes from Bayonne. You can take your car and go to visit the Basque Country! Not far away, the caves of Isturits, the town of St-Jean-Pied-De-Port, the thermal baths of Salies-De-Béarn to relax, Iraty for beautiful hikes, the little train of Baigura, Bayonne... and many more. 6 km away you will find the town of Saint-Palais with all the necessities: shops, cinema, swimming pool, market, café, tea room, bar, restaurants, hairdressers, pizzeria, supermarkets, museum... Other things to note 🐕 Note for dog owners, please note that the garden is not fenced. After a few bad experiences, I have to specify that your dog must be clean, have a leash, and be at least sociable because I live on site with mine. In addition, even if it represents a tiny part of the guests: I want to be notified of the presence of dogs and the number.
