Whether you're sipping coffee at sunrise or enjoying golden hour, it's the perfect place to relax, recharge, and soak up the magic of spring and summer in the mountains. Indoor space: This 2,907 sq. ft. luxurious 4-bedroom contemporary retreat blends comfort and style for an elevated spring escape. The spacious living room is a showstopper, with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and sweeping panoramic views of Camelback. The open-concept dining area flows into a sleek, modern kitchen featuring upgraded stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry - perfect for preparing seasonal meals while taking in the vibrant mountain scenery. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs as follows: -Master bedroom with a king-sized bed, private bathroom, work desk with monitor and chair, propane fireplace, Peloton bike, and lounge chairs offering the best view in the house. -Bedroom #2 with a queen-sized bed. -Bedroom #3 with a queen-sized bed. -Bedroom #4 with two bunk beds, full-sized on the bottom, and twin-sized on the top, with Smart TV. Guest access Rules and Regulations: In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form. Within this form, all guests must provide the full names and ages of those accompanying the reservation, verify ID, and contact info. The guest maximum is 10 people, including visitors, infants, and children. Only 2 cars are allowed at this unit, and all other cars must be parked in the Community Overflow Parking Lot. 5 cars max. Northridge Community at Camelback Amenities: These amenities are provided to our guests for free at no additional charge: Basketball courts Tennis courts Outdoor kids playground Heated Outdoor Communal Pool (Newly Renovated for summer 2026) Important: Community Amenities – Seasonal Availability • Outdoor Pool: Open from Memorial Day-Labor Day • All Other Outdoor Amenities: Closed during the winter season (from the first snowfall through March). Other things to note *Early check-in and late checkout can be accommodated based on availability. Please request in advance—additional fees may apply. Policies: No Fireworks No smoking inside the home No events, parties, or large gatherings Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old. We gladly welcome dogs with a $150 flat fee, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. Please provide their age and breed when booking. Dogs must be fully house-trained, and we do not permit puppies. They must not be left unattended inside, and all droppings must be promptly picked up. Note: This home has a sloped driveway. Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
