Cozy Cabin at Beaver Pond

Escape to the lakes and mountains region of Maine for a relaxing stay at our conveniently located cabin tucked away close to Pleasant Mountain. Nestled in a quiet community, this retreat is perfect for families/couples looking to get away and make memories no matter the season. Whether to hit the slopes, hiking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, pdle boarding (5 min walk to pond) or just hanging out on the screened porches while the kids play on the playset outside, there is something for everyone. The space 3 bed, 1.5 bath log cabin in a small (8 cabin) community less than 10 mins from the cute town of Bridgton that has shops, restaurants, a movie theater, drive in movie venue and an in town park with great hiking paths for families. Kid's playset and backyard for BBQ, games and firepit. HOA access to Beaver Pond is a 5 min walk through the woods next to a brook. We are not waterfront and if you have significant mobility issues than our place might not be the best fit for you. Most adults and kids find the path to the water a lovely little nature walk through the woods. You will have access to our sit on top kayak, paddleboard and blow up beach toys located in the storage shed next to the pond. There is a wheeled trolley to transport the kayak to the water which is approx. 200 ft. away from the shed. Fishing and picnic areas as well. Several other lakes and the Saco river nearby have public access or take an old fashioned riverboat ride on the Songo River Queen in Naples. Fantastic hiking (see pics) & skiing within 10-30 mins including Pleasant mountain (10 mins) & the NH White Mountains (30 mins). North Conway NH has tons of outlet shopping and restaurants. Leaf peeping and the Fryeburg Fair in the fall (first week of October). Guest access Entire house with backyard and HOA access to quiet Beaver pond. Waterfront is a 5 min walk through the woods. Other things to note TV room in basement with huge 65 inch TV and electric fireplace, hand weights and yoga mat. Pull out couches in basement (one in hall and one in TV room) have access to half bath. Couch in living room also pulls out to a queen sleeper. We provide a pack and play with linens, high chair, snuggle carrier, sound monitor, wash tub, sippy cups/utensils, toys and books for infants/toddlers. Space themed kid's room with glow in the dark comforters and a star/universe projection lamp. We do have outside security cameras for property protection
