Our studio apartment features a thoughtfully designed open-concept layout. Original post & beams add a rustic touch, perfectly complementing the contemporary decor and modern amenities. Guests can relax in the living space with a game or movie. The kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals. The studio uses a pump system for plumbing, which does make some noise but functions very well. The charming outdoor patio faces a historic barn built in the 1800s, providing a picturesque view. The space This space is a first-level studio apartment with a private entry attached to a home. You'll have access to a small private patio and mulched BBQ area which looks out onto a nice yard and barn. Two parking spots are available and close to the entry. Situated on a main road in the historic district of our town, you'll be surrounded by markets, apple orchards, and expansive conservation land, perfect for immersing yourself in nature. As mentioned, our home is close to the road. There is noise from passing cars to consider. Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio apartment with in-unit laundry as well as a small patio and mulched area with seating for two and a BBQ grill.
