Plenty of good sized windows, great central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the house cool in warm weather. Vinyl plank flooring throughout. Colorful framed art adds a nice touch to the neutral wall color throughout. Large shaded back and side yard with room for RV and boat parking. The space The cottage makes for a relaxing visit with nicely decorated spaces. The living room has a comfortable sofa along with desk and television. 300 Mbps WIFI is also supplied. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The bedrooms have comfortable mattresses for a good night's sleep and the air conditioner keeps the spaces nice and cool in the summer. Full size front loading washer and dryer are also available for guests' use. The front porch is a favorite place to relax with beautiful trees surrounding the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house except for an owner's closet in one of the bedrooms and the garden shed.
