Perfect for those who want to experience both city life and outdoor life. The space The property has a parking space available throughout your stay, so you can come by car. The house has 3 bedrooms with beds for 6 people. There are two bathrooms, where there is a washing machine in one and a bathtub in the other. Large kitchen with seating for 6 people, and veranda door to the outdoor area with outdoor fireplace and seating area. Garden on the front of the house that is nice to use for relaxation or play. Common basketball hoop on the garage that we share with the neighbor. We have outdoor toys such as bowling, volleyball, basketball and football. Please let us know if you would like to use this. The house has a large living room and one for dining. Guest access The guest is free to use the first floor + bathroom in the basement (get there by going down the stairs by the bathroom). The door in the outer hallway leads down to our storage rooms, we do not want guests to go down there. The outdoor area on the upper side of the house is free to use, as well as seating furniture. There are pillows in the pillow box on the porch. There is a parking space right next to the house wall that is available for you, so you can come by car. Other things to note We would like to inform you that there are traces of dog hair in the house, as we regularly take care of dogs. This is especially for those of you who are allergic. In addition, we want you to take our tenant into consideration. We have a tenant in the basement who has a separate entrance on the downside of the house.
