This is a one-bedroom house with a living room and kitchenette, a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This place is tucked away from the busy streets which makes it the perfect place to relax and rest while you enjoy the beautiful country experience. This property is located right off of Highway 84 West. It is about ten minutes from the Monroeville Square and Courthouse. It is also ten minutes from our local Walmart and some good eating places and the Pulp Mill located at 2373 Lena Landegger Hwy. The space This is a one-bedroom tiny house with a queen size bed and a twin size sofa bed in the living room. The beddings, the bath towels and kitchen towels are provided by the host. They will be issued according to the number of days that you are staying. Guest staying over seven days will receive additional information on how to get the dirty linen picked up and replaced with clean linen. The host will only be responsible for the cleaning of the business laundry. I will not at any time wash anyone personal laundry. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. There is a closet with a locked door in the bedroom that has a hot water heater inside of it. The door is locked for safety reason only. Other things to note NO ONE UNDER THE AGE 21 CAN BOOK THIS COTTAGE. THERE WILL BE NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED INSIDE THE COTTAGE. You can smoke outside in an area at least 25 feet from the cottage. NO LOUD MUSIC THAT CAN DISTURB OTHER GUEST AT ANOTHER COTTAGE. NO PARTYS ALLOWED. NO INVITING GROUPS OF PEOPLE WITHOUT THE HOST PERMISSION. THE PERSON THAT BOOKED THE PLACE WILL BE RESPONSIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCU DURING YOUR STAY. NO EXCEPTIONS. DAMAGES PRICE MINIUM WILL BE $50.00 AND THE MAXIUM PRICE WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGE THAT IS DONE.
