SUMMARY OF VILLA UTILITIES: ★ 4 Bedrooms with King beds, each room includes: - We have 4 beds for 4 bedrooms, very comfortable to sleep with family or friends. - Private bathroom for each room, fully equipped. - Large wardrobe that can fit your luggage! - A mirror and dressing table with a chair. - A large window to receive sunlight for each room. ★★★ Currently we set up on Air bnb system with the number from 4 rooms to 8 guests, using the whole villa. ★ Living room with couches, enough for your family to gather, watch TV, have Billiards and a foosball table for you to play games. During your stay we will provide: ★ Towels (01 per person), shampoo and shower gel, toothpaste, toothbrush. We change towels every day. ★ Hairdryer, Iron and Hangers. ★ Best for Family / Group / Couple / Friends (4 - 8 people). ★You can have a party in our large garden. We have a specified minimum for 5 bedrooms with no more than 10 people. You can book up to 6 more rooms, as you adjust the number of settings and increase the fee. Please take the initiative to send us a message to guide you to book the service. 3. Guest deposits to keep Villa property: 2.000.000 VND. Villa will return the money after checking out, if guest keep the property intact 4. What we support you during your stay! - We welcome you on the first day: tea, coffee, fruit and 2 kg of charcoal for grilling. - Water purifier for drinking right at the kitchen - Always have dishes, pots and pans cleaned at the kitchen counter. - Change towels daily at your requested time frame (will ask you every day) - Add toilet paper if they run out. - Room cleaning every 2 days: change bed sheets, pillowcases, clean rooms and toilets. - Help clean up your trash at the toilet, or the kitchen trash can. - Support to water the trees at the villa. Check the facilities every day: air conditioning, electrical systems ensure you live well and safely. - We offer the following services for a fee: breakfast, lunch - dinner, BBQ party. Providing motorbikes, cars, tours and tickets to attractions in Da Nang and Hoi An. 5. What do you need to comply with when renting a whole house? - Always be polite and need to clearly state your requests or wishes so that we can better assist you. -You have to clean the common areas in the living room, dining room, kitchen, wash dishes, clean the kitchen area, wash clothes... If you have a request to clean the house, clean the kitchen and dishes, wash the clothes. Service fee: 500,000 VND / time - You need to clean the room other special regulations: 500,000 VND/1 time - Keep quiet and do not make noise after 21:00 every day. - Do not use drugs while staying at our villa. - Carefully read our information posted on Air BNB before checking in. 6. BATHROWS - We provide 01 bath towel/guest. If possible, please wash them and dry them after use. If the weather is not sunny, we will change the towels every days. - Please do not use towels to remove makeup or wipe dust and water on the floor. Any damaged or soiled towels will be charged VND 150,000/towel. If you want to buy food/stuff yourself, please go to Lotte Mart to buy things and store them in the refrigerator. There are some cool and cozy coffees nearby that are open all day, please enjoy. Cleaning schedule: Every Tuesday and Friday, from 10 am to 12 pm. 7. LATE CHECKOUT - Please reiterate that our check-out time is 11am. - 1 to 2 hours late check out form is charged for 50% of the nightly rate. - Our 3 to 7 hour late check-in is charged 100% of the nightly rate. - Late check-out is NOT ALWAYS possible, please ask us in advance. 8. REFUND, COMPLAINT SETTLEMENT ISSUES: All must be verified at the time of the incident and confirmed by agreement between the two parties. Any settlement that is not authenticated at the time of occurrence, will not be reimbursed and resolved! REFUNDS ONLY IN CASE: - Incorrect address, location, region, geography, incorrect description of the house. - Staff do not assist when you have a request within the reasonable ability of the landlord. NO REFUND IN CASE: - Your requirements are beyond our capacity. - Your requests have been satisfactorily resolved by the support staff and the host. - Natural disasters, force majeure epidemics, a number of factors affected by the government from the outside: power outages, sudden water loss due to damage to voltage lines/water suppliers from the government. and they have a specific notice of the processing time. - Guests always have an attitude against the host and staff.
