This is a one- bedroom house with a living room and kitchenette, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. This place is tucked away from the busy streets which makes it the perfect place to relax and rest while you enjoy the beautiful country experience. This property is located right off of Highway 84 West. It is about ten minutes from the Monroeville Square and Courthouse. It is ten minutes from our local Walmart and some good eating places and the Pulp Mill located at 2373 Lena Landegger Hwy. The space This is a one-bedroom tiny house with a queen size bed and a twin sofa bed in the living room. The beddings, the bath towels and kitchen towels are provided by the host. They will be issued according to the number of days that you are staying. Guest staying over seven days will receive additional information on how to get the dirty liens picked up and replaced with clean linen. The host will only be responsible for the cleaning of the business laundry. I will not at any time wash anyone personal laundry. Guest access You will have access to the whole house. There is a closet with a locked door in the bedroom that has a hot water heater inside of it. The door is locked for safety reason only. Other things to note There will be NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the house. You can smoke outside in an area 25 feet from the house. NO PARTYS ALLOWED. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 CAN BOOK THIS HOUSE. NO LOUD MUSIC THAT CAN DISTURB OTHER GUEST AT ANOTHER HOUSE. NO INVITING GROUPS OF PEOPLE WITHOUT THE HOST PERMISSION. THE PERSON THAT BOOKED THE PLACE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING YOUR STAY. NO EXCEPTIONS. DAMAGES PRICES MINIUM WILL BE $50.00 AND THE MAXIUM PRICE WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGE THAT IS DONE.
