Large old house renovated with all the necessary comforts on 3 levels and a large outdoor space, located in a small peaceful village of Aveyron. You can enjoy games of billiards and foosball with family or friends in the game rooms, but also long walks or bike rides in the peace and quiet of this beautiful countryside. The private outdoor terrace is at your disposal. Our rich Aveyron department will offer you beautiful classified sites to discover. The space "La maison du bonheur" can accommodate up to 9 people. The ground floor consists of the kitchen open to the dining room and living room, an entrance, a laundry room (washing machine and dryer), a cellar and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with: induction cooktop, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, traditional coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, raclette machine... On the 1st floor, you will find 2 bedrooms (160 beds) with bathrooms-WC and a living/games room with a large pool table. On the 2nd floor, you will have access to a second games room with foosball, a bedroom (160 bed) with bathroom-WC and a 4th bedroom with 3 90 beds. The outdoor terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The outdoor space of more than 1200 square meter area includes a hut and the possibility to relax. You will have access to outdoor games (molkky, badminton, balls...) Possibility of providing for baby: baby bed, high chair Sheets, towels and linens will be provided. Possibility to store bicycles or other items in an enclosed and secure area. The house is semi-detached on one side. Guest access private parking is available upon arrival.
