Welcome to our whimsical lake home on Baldwin Lake in Union, MI - a clean, spring-fed, 266-acre all-sport lake perfect for boating, fishing, kayaking and more. Renovated & professionally styled, our home sits on over an acre in a quiet wooded setting that backs up to a serene creek. Enjoy a private fire pit, outdoor seating & dock just across the street. Conveniently located 15 minutes from Goshen, 28 minutes from Notre Dame and Shipshewana, and 2 hours from Chicago, with easy toll road access. The space Our lake home recently underwent a full renovation, with new beds, bedding, furniture, electronics, and décor throughout. We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, Keurig, linens, toilet paper, and bath and beach towels. Both bedrooms feature French doors opening onto private balconies - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while watching deer and other wildlife throughout the wooded property. Lake views can be enjoyed from the front porch, primary bedroom, and living room, or take your favorite beverage outside to the beautiful wraparound deck. Heading to Notre Dame? Catch a game in person with just a 28-minute drive, or relax at home and watch on our new 55” Frame TV. Bedroom 1, located on the main level, features a queen bed plus an optional full-size trundle, accommodating up to 3 guests. Bedroom 2 is a loft-style room with a half wall overlooking the living room and features a king bed, accommodating 2 guests. A pack-and-play is available upon request. The bathroom is also on the main level. Our private lakefront area is directly across the street and includes a dock and fire pit. The water is shallow for approximately the first 15 feet+, making it a wonderful spot for little ones to splash and play while enjoying the lake and surrounding wildlife. We hope you enjoy this gorgeous, whimsical wooded retreat as much as we do! House Rules: Out of respect for our neighbors, we have a strict quiet-hours policy after 10 PM. Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, inside or outside the home. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction and a $1,500+ fee, at the owner’s discretion. Guest access You are welcome to use all rooms shown in the listing, as well as the appliances and laundry room. Guests are welcome to use the dock for swimming and other activities. However, our boat is for owners’ use only, including sitting on or using the boat while it is docked. If you’re interested in bringing your own boat, please check with us in advance. Other things to note *If you plan to fish, you must have a fishing license - even fishing from the pier.
