You must submit your ID before your arrival date. Security: We have 24-hour security on-site and an alarm system. Parking: You are allotted 2 designated visitor's parking spots. Optional Services (Inquire for Rates): Housekeeping, Spa Service, Chef Service, and Airport Pick-up/Drop-off are available upon request. Prohibited Activities: NO Parties, NO Pets, and NO Smoking or scaling fish inside the house. Fine for Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with the rules (especially the "NO" list) will result in a fine of USD $200. Smoking is only allowed on your private balcony or in the dedicated Smoking Chambers (one on the First Floor and one on the Rooftop). Linens & Towels: Please do not wash the linens or towels. We handle all laundering to maintain quality. Bathroom: To help keep the plumbing in great shape, we kindly ask that only toilet paper be flushed.
