The home features an open-concept living area with large windows that flood the space with natural light. The living room has a plush L-shaped sofa set, providing ample seating, one queen sized bed and one diwan. The full kitchen is well-equipped, allowing guests to prepare their own meals if desired. The master bedroom is situated away from the living space, offering privacy. It is furnished with a premium queen-sized bed and has ample storage space for clothes and luggage. The second bedroom also has a queen sized bed and storage. Two bathrooms are available for guest use, one attached with the master bedroom, other with the living area. Outside, the homestay boasts an expansive private terrace. This serene outdoor area is ideal for relaxing, reading a book, or simply enjoying the refreshing mountain air. While tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood, the homestay is conveniently located near public transportation options, only 1km away from the Rajpur Road. This allows easy access to explore Dehradun's top attractions, markets, and dining. Guest access The guests are free to use the whole house and outdoors, including the verandah, parking and terrace. Other things to note No Parties Please: As the property is in a residential area, hosting parties, loud gatherings, or events is strictly prohibited to maintain peace and respect for neighbors. No Geyser In Bathroom: We have a geyser in the kitchen, but use iron rod to heat the water in bathroom. As a homestay, we are unable to accommodate extensive cleaning requests of utensils or extensive lettering during your stay. Guests will be responsible for the same. Our maid will be able to accommodate basic cleaning of the house every other day. Please observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 7 AM.
