Any evidence of smoking tobacco, marijuana, vapes, and or associated paraphernalia in the house or the garage including an odor will result in a $1000 cleaning fee. DO NOT bring marijuana in the house. Guest who does not specify a pet will be staying and bring a pet into the house will be charged a $200 cleaning fee. House trained dogs are the only pets allowed. Any evidence of animal other than dogs or more than 2 dogs in the house result in a $500 fee. Coordinate dogs stay with host before reserving. Hosts are not responsible for any injuries or accidents associated with guests or either pets, additionally hosts are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken items belonging to guests.
