The space Description The exclusive vacation home is suitable for up to 14 people as well as 2 toddlers, max. 2 four-legged friends are also welcome. The sleeping options extend to a total of 4 double rooms, 2 of which are equipped with televisions, as well as a large room on the top floor with 4 alcove beds, which are also suitable for adults. There are 2 sofa beds in the yoga room. Three spacious bathrooms, one of which is also designed for guests with limited mobility, as well as three separate guest toilets, all equipped with Italian tiles and underfloor heating, contribute to the well-being. The master double room has a spacious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The large living-dining room with adjoining kitchen has a spacious seating area with a large TV. Description of the outdoor area: The property consists of the main house, a spacious sauna house, garage for bicycles, carport and various terraces. The garden is about 2,700 m² and offers plenty of space. It has been recently newly landscaped and has an attractive mixture of old trees as well as newly planted trees, perennial beds, flower meadows and typical Fehmarn kink plants. For the little ones there is a large sandbox incl. digging toys in front of the sauna terrace. The spacious terraces including fire bowls in front of the living area are equipped with sun loungers, large tables and chairs as well as an outdoor kitchen with grill and sink. A boules court invites you to play. Location description: Schlagsdorf is located in the west of the beautiful island of Fehmarn. The cottage is very quiet on the large idyllic village pond. The beach in Bojendorf is about 3 km away. From the top floor of the vacation home you have a great view over the fields and you can also see the large ships through the Belt over the Baltic Sea in good weather. The nearest major shopping facilities are in Petersdorf, 3 km away. There are various shops, supermarkets such as Edeka, Aldi, a baker, small boutiques as well as hairdressers, a doctor and a physiotherapist. There are small restaurants and cafes. The beautiful Petersdorf church is worth a visit. Features: The house is a vacation dream with all the comforts. It is very exclusive and individually built and equipped with all imaginable extras. All bathrooms have floor heating, heated towel rails and washbasins made by the carpenter. The large glass fronts throughout the house allow a wide view and a very special living feeling, especially since the living and dining area opens up to the roof. There is a washing machine and dryer available for guests in the utility room. For the little ones there is a changing table, cots, high chairs, baby bathtub, potty, toilet seat, a fall protection for 2 beds and children's dishes. For the dogs brought along there is an extra dog shower, bowls and dog baskets. Additional information: In the house, various extras are available for the little guests, e.g. baby bathtub, potty, changing table, children's stool, diaper bucket, wax tablecloth for painting and crafts, various games for indoors and outdoors as well as children's books.
