A home away from home in an ideal location

Wake up in an oasis with uninterrupted views of the Darwin Botanical Gardens. With the CBD less than 1.5kms away and Mindil Beach Sunset Markets within walking distance, your home away from home has everything needed for a perfect home base while adventuring in the NT. You have access to two pools set in resort style gardens, a BBQ and dedicated parking spot. All rooms have A/C and fans. Fast wifi and office facilities. Don't forget to enjoy the sunsets with a cocktail on the balcony! The space The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for home cooked meals, including use of the Weber BBQ. The apartment has ample dining with plenty of seating and comfy spots to watch the sun disappear across the trees. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one double, both with new mattresses. The apartment is located in a secure and quiet complex so expect to enjoy restful and relaxing sleep in your quiet and cool beds after long days swimming in the NTs best waterfalls. One of the bedrooms is fully set up for remote working, with super fast unlimited wifi. This would suit people travelling to Darwin for work. The bathroom includes a washer and dryer with an option for you to safety hang things outside if needed. Guest access The whole apartment is yours to use, and anything in unlocked cupboards. You'll see the top cupboards are locked as they have our stuff in them. Please don't attempt to open them. If there is something you might need and it isn't in easy reach, let us know. Other things to note The complex is a mix of renters and holiday makers and this means it is quiet. This apartment isn't suitable for people partying and music late at night but is the right place for people wanting to enjoy the serenity.
