The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms, master with 160 cm bed, guest room with 120 cm bed and children's room with bunk bed (2x 90 cm) There are two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub and shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has an open solution to the living room, where you have direct access to a sunny 34 sqm ground terrace with immediate access to the building's atrium. A closed oasis only available to the building's residents. The apartment has 3 TVs with several apps available. In the basement there is parking connected to the apartment, and in addition a local center with grocery, various shops, fine restaurants, bar, flower shop, hairdresser and playground for small children. The surrounding area has several playgrounds and shops. Guest access Our guests have access to all rooms, but the apartment is not completely empty, so the closet space is not available for use. This is because we live here ourselves on a daily basis. Towels and bed linen can be rented at an additional cost. (NOK 50 per person) Other things to note This is our home and not a rental unit, therefore the apartment will not be free of personal items such as clothes, toys, etc.
