Casa Ceiba Condominium is in a gated condominium complex with this unit being on the ground level, just steps away from the pool. It is close to the beaches and the central shopping & nightlife areas. Located in the Playa Madera district between the famous La Ropa beach & El Centro. The space Playa Madera is a short two minute walk away, La Ropa beach is an 8-10 minutes walk. The town center, a short 5-8 minute stroll away, has a bustling, vibrant central food, farmers & artisans market with many local restaurants. The town beach has a fishermens' market. There is a central square which hosts many local sporting & cultural activities such as annual International Guitar Festival & Saifest. The complex has a unique look with modern Mexican architectural influences utilizing tropical hardwoods, river stone accents and polished concrete. The condo comprises a bedroom with a king size bed & en-suite bath, living room and kitchen plus a large private patio - your outdoor living space for al fresco dining, napping on the sofa. The furnishings are designed for your comfort and visual delight with a contemporary Mexican feel. Your condo is equipped with everything you might expect: high thread count sheets, fluffy towels, beach towel, a hair dryer, curling iron, clothing iron, plus quality kitchen & table ware, and weekly maid service. In addition we do have a queen air mattress that can be used for additional sleeping space. Guest access Our property manager Veronika will meet you at the condo or for an additional fee she can pick you up at the airport. She does not live on site so will need to know your arrival time.
