Beach days ahead:) The space This cozy waterfront, South-East facing chalet has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, open concept living, dining and kitchen, with great outdoor space too! The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, and the second room also has a Queen bed. Along with a pull-out Queen sofa bed in the living room, the chalet provides comfortable sleeping accommodations for 6 people. The cottage has fans, lots of windows to let the breeze flow through and typically sees no need for an AC being right on the water. The living room also has a Smart TV with acess to your streaming accounts! The 4 piece bath has a tub and shower combo for a nice soak. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need from pots and pans, dishes, an oven, stove top, microwave and kitchenware. Outside there is a nice deck, picnic table and large waterfront yard. Enjoy the great views of sparking waters and passing boats while you eat! Finish off the day with amazing star gazing by the firepit! Guest access You'll have access to your deck, yard and firepit, the communal pool and beaches surrounding the point, offering spectacular views of sunrise to sunset! Enjoy parking in your own driveway as well as private access to your unit. This semi-detached chalet was made to make the most of the views while offering privacy and peacefulness.
