The space Located in the heart of the Saint-Émilion vineyards, this 170 m² stone house offers a comfortable and welcoming setting for stays with family or friends. The house features several living spaces designed for spending time together, including a large fully equipped open kitchen, a dining area that can accommodate up to 12 guests, and a living room with a fireplace, smart TV, and board games. Outside, guests can enjoy a fully enclosed 1,300 m² garden surrounded by vineyards, with a seasonal swimming pool, sauna, furnished pergola, barbecue, and several relaxation areas. The property also provides easy access to the surrounding area: Saint-Émilion and its wine cellars are nearby, as well as the Libourne market and many wineries in the region. Additional services are available upon reservation, including the heated Nordic bath and private chef services. Other things to note The house is located in the heart of the (organic) vineyard — you may at any time witness vineyard maintenance and treatment work taking place around you. We may occasionally need to access the property for park and pool upkeep. We will always make sure to respect your privacy and let you know in advance about our visit times. Bed and bath linen (sheets, bath towels, fouta) is included in your booking. A full linen change during your stay is available at €10 per person. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Mid-stay cleaning is also available on request. Prices include 10% VAT for para-hotel services.
