Cozy 2 bedroom home in the heart of Mangalore

Trisaanth is a 2 bedroom home stay, centrally located, has proximity to the best beaches, historic temples, restaurants & ice cream parlours that Mangalore has. The property is a 20 min drive from the airport & 15 min from railway station. The homestay has a large covered terrace with dining and cooking facilities and a traditional jhoola, where you can unwind with a good book or a glass of wine. Gauri can offer you traditional Maharashtrian and Mangalorean dishes on prior intimation The space The property has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms :- The first bedroom is double AC with attached bath and a private balcony The second bedroom is a single AC bedroom which has access to a common bathroom The whole unit can accommodate 4 adults comfortably We have a large covered terrace, with outdoor dining and kitchen, with a traditional jhoola (swing) Both the bedrooms, which are on the first floor, is given as a single unit, to accommodate about 4 people comfortably 4) The property has a separate entrance for the guests, and has plenty of greenery Guest access Guests can use the terrace area with dining and kitchen facility as well as the courtyard of the house. Also, the double AC bedroom has its own private balcony. The house has a good collection of books for an avid reader to borrow. The host Gauri, stays on property and can cook delicious meals (breakfast ,lunch & dinner) on prior intimation. Charges apply. Other things to note Trisaanth is in a residential area, hence loud music and partying is not allowed. Only guests registered during time of booking are permitted to stay on the premises. Visitors of guests are not encouraged. In case of power outage, alternate AC accomodation will not be provided. Since this is a home stay, unmarried couples are not allowed. I will need a security deposit equivalent to 1 day's tariff, which will be refunded when you check out . THERE IS A STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY.
