We go above & beyond with premium mattresses, linen & sofas for ultimate comfort The space 2 BED APARTMENT... City Centre apartment > PARKING – The building has a private car park for residents and guests, and spaces are free of charge. However, at busy times (especially in the evenings) the car park can become full. If you’re unable to find a space, on-street parking is available on nearby streets, and we will cover the cost of this for you during your stay. Please note: while most guests do get a space, parking is first-come, first-served and cannot be guaranteed. If parking is a top priority for your trip, this is important to consider before booking. The property is not in a Low Emission Zone, so all vehicles are suitable. > OPEN PLAN LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN - In this space we provide x2 very comfortable 3 seater sofas with a throw for coziness should you need that extra level of comfort. We have a large Brand new Smart TV, which we provide Netflix free to you. There are several possibilities on this TV via the apps for you to log into your own account, including Disney+, Amazon Prime etc. We also have a large mirror for making sure you look your best for heading out the door! The kitchen includes all appliances such as microwave, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and a much needed coffee machine, who doesn't love a fresh brew first thing! > MASTER BEDROOM (KING) - We provide a King size bed here with the best hotel luxury feel linen on the comfiest mattresses to ensure you sleep like a baby throughout the night. We also have in here a brand new Smart TV with free Netflix and apps for you to log in also. Lay back and enjoy the hotel feel within this bedroom. You have drawer space and ample space for hanging clothes. Lots of electrical sockets for hairdryers (also provided) and to be able to charge your phone > BEDROOM 2 (DOUBLE) - In this room we provide a luxury double mattress in lovely linen, clothes hanging space, drawers for your clothes, hairdryer and plenty of sockets for you to charger your phone > BATHROOM - We have installed a top of the range walk in, waterfall shower with attached handheld for your comfort. Ample space for your toiletries inside the shower on an integrated shelf. An LED mirror to catch the best lighting along side plenty of under sink storage and a towel radiator. We even have a mobile phone holder above the toilet roll holder for your convenience. > AFTER BOOKING - you will be required to upload your ID for guest verification and sign a rental agreement. Guest access You will walk into the communal hall area to access the main door to the apartment, you can also utilise the small gravel area to the rear of the apartment. You have the entire apartment use to yourselves only, this is not shared. key box on site for self entry for check in and check out.
