This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The traffic from the main street can be disturbing for some, if you don't like to hear a small town come to life... The kitchen is well equipped. Simple standard and a little crooked and wobbly as one can expect in a house from 1916. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine Best suited for 3 people, but a 4th person can use the sofa in the living room. The place: Rented out when I am not at home, so this is a private home with things, objects and with various "mess". This is not a place for guests who expect a newly renovated hotel standard. Quiet location by the church and the water dam, but still in the center of historic Kristiansund and a short walk to all the sights. The main road is outside the house where you can hear the small town come to life on weekdays. . Guest access The entire apartment on the second floor. Other things worth noting There are apartments above, below and next to where there are permanent residents, myself included, so you have to take into account and it should be quiet from 10 pm. The waste station is located behind the house with a key at the front door. There are private things in the apartment as it is in use when it is not rented out. Please take this into account. I want quiet guests and no smoking inside the apartment. It is not allowed to arrange a party in the apartment, or that guests other than those who rent sleep in it. Bed linen and towels can be rented for NOK 100 per person. If you do not clean the apartment yourself after use, this can be done by the landlord for NOK 400, which is paid in cash upon departure Guest access My family and I own the second floor and live there.
