Summerfell Guesthouse (2 Rooms max. 18 pax)

A simple beachfront house tucked in a small coconut garden with thriving beach flora and fauna. Screened from the outside with bamboo and picket fence, spacious native grass and sand area provide a world of your own. Blessed with glorious sunrise on the beach side, sunset still creates a spectacle, whether you watch it peek through the majestic talisay tree from the garden, or enjoy it with the mountain views from the beach. The space First room can comfortably sleep maximum six persons. It has two full-double beds and two upper deck beds accessible by a high ladder. It also features a large shelving unit. Second room sleeps maximum 12 persons. It has six full-double beds (three upper deck with individual ladders), and a small shelving unit. Both rooms have ensuite bathroom with hot and cold rainshower, and are fitted with split-type airconditioning and electric fans. Both rooms also feature a patio with daybed and tables. Adjacent to the second room is a separate toilet and a spacious shower room. An outdoor shower area is also easily accessible for rinsing sand off before heading to the bathrooms. The lounge area now features a windbreaker wall for that windy or rainy day, that allows comfortable cooking at the open kitchen and lounging at the dining area. A designated grilling & smoking area is conveniently located just across the lounge entrance. There’s a spacious grass and sand area that everyone—especially kids and beloved pets will enjoy. Guest access Guests have access to the patio or lounge area, the kitchen, additional toilet and shower room, outdoor shower, beach gate, parking, designated smoking and grilling areas, main (parking) gate & beach gate. Other things to note Each guest is provided with a pillow, a blanket, and a bath towel. Beds are prepared according to the number of guests. Both bathrooms have a ✅ tissue roll and ✅liquid handsoap. ❌ shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, cotton, cotton buds, sanitary napkins, lotions, etc. Should you forget your toiletry essentials, 7-11 is about 12 minutes away by car. The kitchen is equipped with basic essentials like a refrigerator, Standard 2-burner stove, rice cooker, cooking utensils, glasses, mugs and dinnerware, dishwash liquid and sponge. Cooking oil, salt and pepper, vinegar and soy sauce are not provided, though may be available when left behind by previous guests. We have an outdoor grill station and charcoal is available and sold by our caretaker at P50/bag. Purified drinking water is provided. Smartbro WiFi is preloaded with complimentary 6GB data. We do not have a generator. Solar lights are installed on the gates and some areas in the property. An emergency light, 4 rechargeable bulbs, 4 small rechargeable fans are available. We encourage bringing of portable power stations, flashlights. Our water source is deep well, with water (electrically) pumped into the water tank. We don’t have a (poso) manual pump. On this note, we encourage guests to conserve water; be mindful not to leave faucets open to avoid loss of water supply in case of prolonged power interruption. Expect unscheduled power fluctuations and interruptions, especially during peak season, thunderstorms/typhoon season.
