Our brand new modern townhouse is perfect for group and family trips. Located in the highly anticipated Nordix complex, and situated at the base of Platter lift, our home is the ideal location for those wanting to be steps aways from all the action at Panorama Resort. With mountain and valley views from the private deck, beautiful high end decor throughout, and comfortable beds, this home will not disappoint! Be one of the first to stay in this wonderful modern home. The space Nordix is the highly anticipated and beautiful new development at Panorama Resort. Throughout our home you will find highend furnishings from Crate and Barrel that enhance and maximise the condo's space while also elevating its style. We know you will feel at home here. While staying with us, you will also have full use of the Panorama Resort amenities. ENTRANCE As you walk into the townhouse, you have steps immediately in front of you and the garage door to your right. GARAGE SPACE (NO VEHICLES) The garage has been set up as a bike and ski hub with TV and seating, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails. There’s plenty of space to store and organize all your sporting gear, making it a functional and comfortable area. LOWER LEVEL Downstairs, there’s a small bedroom with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom featuring a shower. UPSTAIRS LIVING SPACE The upstairs living space is open plan design at its best. Flooded in natural light the dining, kitchen, and cozy lounge space are inviting and decorated to a high standard. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything that you could need to whip up a light snack or family meal. There is also a supply of salt, pepper, cooking oil, and fresh coffee for you to use during your stay. There is also island seating with three stools and a six seater dinning table. The lounge area has a sofa and two chairs, Smart TV, and gas fireplace - perfect for those chilly nights. Near the lounge area is a half bathroom (toilet). DECK SPACE Out the back, just off the dining space is the door to the deck space with chairs and a small BBQ. Gather here to enjoy the unobstructed view and sounds of Toby Creek. UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS There is a small, twin over twin bunk room, perfect for children. Then next door is a queen bedroom with closet space, and high ceilings. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, closet space, and ensuite shower room. For your comfort, all the beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens. Each of the bedrooms currently have blackout blinds. UPSTAIRS BATHROOM On the second floor is a full bathroom with tub/shower. You will also find hotel quality towels and locally sourced 2-in-1 body wash/shampoo that you can use during your stay. LAUNDRY CLOSET There is a washer and dryer for you to use during your stay. PARKING There is one space out the front of the property. Guest access Guests have access to the entire suite, patio, garage and patio. Other things to note Please note, there is strictly no street parking at the Nordix development and parking is limited. Only parking for ONE vehicle at the unit. Extra vehicles must be parked in the resort parking area. Please use caution when parking, as the driveway is quite steep and the garage door is directly at the end. If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking. Great news, your booking rate includes the Panorama Resort check-in charge and resort fees. For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay. Opting into this coverage allows you to enjoy your time without worrying about minor mishaps. What’s Covered? - Lost keys, keycards, fobs, remotes, or parking passes - Broken cups, plates, or other kitchenware - Accidental stains or tears in furniture, carpets, and bed linens - Accidental damage to walls, mirrors, or other fixtures How It Works - The policy covers accidental damages up to a total of CA$1000. - If any covered damage occurs during your stay, simply report it to us. - We’ll take care of the rest, ensuring you are not charged for the repair or replacement up to the coverage limit. Optional Protection - This policy is optional, and you can choose whether to purchase it when booking. - If you prefer not to purchase the policy, simply decline the waiver during the verification process. - Without the policy, guests will be responsible for covering any damages.
