This stylish place to stay is perfect for business trips and couples getaways. Located on a farm 20 minutes from Columbus, 7 minutes from New Albany, 5 minutes from Sunbury, 8 minutes from Johnstown. The studio apartment is spacious and offers a desk, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge. Take a walk on the working farm and enjoy the wildflowers, pond and gardens. This serene getaway is both private and has easy access to restaurants and other amenities. The space the Sunny Studio has 500 square feet of space. Amenities include a comfortable queen bed, a desk, a table for two, a couch and television. the bathroom has been recently updated including a waterfall shower head and unique sink. Decorated with artistic glass windows including a one-of-a-kind full window sunflower. There is a private porch area, and you are welcome to take a walk on the farm. Parking for a trailer or large vehicle available. Guest access Guests have access to their own private apartment and covered porch. They are welcome to park a trailer or other large vehicle in a shared parking area. They are also welcome to take a walk on our working farm. Other things to note Pets are allowed, but we must be notified ahead of time and they must be on a leash at all times.
