Private rm w/ laundry (C)

I’m a part-time single dad and I get my kids a few months out of the year. You’ll be staying in my daughter Nadia’s room while she’s away. You’ll have your own private seating area with a a Google Chromecast attached to 32 inch flatscreen, an artists easel and a dedicated private workspace/desk. The room has 1 twin bed and is equipped with a thumbprint smart lock that we will equip upon your arrival. The house is no-frills but the property is serene and 3 min to the battery plant job site. The space No frills and I’m always renovating, but your spaces are all finished. You’ll clean and tidy private room with a new twin mattress in a quiet home 3 min from the Samsung battery plant construction site. Guest access Access via kepyad lock through the shared front door. During your stay I’m quiet and I keep to myself in my master bedroom. I don’t entertain. I don’t go out socially very often at all. I have my children occasionally, and those are pretty much my only guests.
